Photographing the starry sky
now also goes comfortably
Falling Asleep With the Stars
Why we specifically address astronomers or astrophotographers here is also because it is our own hobby. We are simply fascinated by the starry sky and have been since our youth. We used to lie on the cold earth even in winter on crystal clear nights to soak up the firmament. The moon, the stars, the Milky Way, shooting stars... they are simply infinitely beautiful.
Stay overnight in the Rhön and enjoy the starry sky
There are many interesting star parks in Germany: The Star Park Biosphere Reserve Rhön and the Star Park Winklmoos-Alm (both in Bavaria), the Star Park Westhaveland in Brandenburg, the Star Park National Park Eifel in North-Rhine Westphalia and the Star Park Schwäbische Alb in Baden-Württemberg, to name just a few.
Imagine - spending the night in the Rhön and enjoying the starry sky - in a really cozy bed. There is no better way to enjoy the night sky!
More Comfort for Your Hobby
Looking at the sky is of course much easier when you are lying down and you can enjoy it much longer when it is nice and warm and you make yourself comfortable. Photographing the starry sky - as an astrophotographer, this is your passion and you often spend the whole night waiting for the right stars and taking pictures. In a lying position from the SkyHeia this is much more comfortable. And you can just take a nap in between when you know that Saturn needs another two hours until it moves into the field of view.
A Four-Poster Bed in the Truest Sense
The SkyHeia invites you to enjoy the starry sky in its full glory. If the light pollution at home is too strong to see the Milky Way, take the SkyHeia with you to a place where the stars twinkle crystal clear.
The idea of the SkyHeia was driven to a large extent by our enthusiasm for stars, which is why we see a great benefit in our outdoor bed, especially for stargazers.
